Who are we
Welcome! Trisha Andrews and Heather DeKeyser were trained in Psychedelic Ceremonies through Integrative Psychiatry Institute (IPI) and Skylight Psychedelics to support individuals through their psychedelic experiences in a harm reduction model. Support includes creating emotional and physical safety, maintaining ethical and physical boundaries, and offering reassurance during the experience.
Meet the Guides
Trisha Andrews, LMFT, CST
I believe that mental wellness is intricately woven into every aspect of our lives, from how we express ourselves and care for our bodies to the relationships we nurture. In the realm of psychedelic-assisted therapy, this connection deepens as we explore the intersections of consciousness, vulnerability, and healing. I strive to create an environment that fosters safety, authenticity, allowing clients to engage with their most profound experiences.
Psychedelics can unlock the potential for healing, nurturing, and empowerment, yet they can also unearth feelings of shame, pain, and discomfort. Clients come to psychedelic therapy seeking a deeper understanding of themselves, to make meaning of their lived experiences, and to heal the vulnerable aspects of their lives. I prioritize building trust, welcoming clients with genuine interest and curiosity as we navigate these intimate explorations together.
On a personal note, I am a survivor of breast cancer who finds joy in the warmth of the Golden Girls and believes that movement is a vital form of medicine. Fall is my favorite season, and I revel in all things pumpkin. Originally from Wisconsin, I have a love for the color purple and can’t start my mornings without coffee!
As a prolific reader and life-long learner, I became interested in psychedelic therapy after reading about the groundbreaking clinical trials and studies happening globally. Once I enrolled in my certification program, I quickly came to understand the profound transformative potential of these substances to facilitate deep healing and personal growth when partnered with therapeutic preparation and integration. Over the last few years, I continue to be awestruck witnessing the profound shifts in my clients as they explore their consciousness and integrate profound change into their daily lives.
I consider it a privilege to be present with someone in such a genuine, trusting environment and am honored to those who allow me to witness their unique life and experiences. I consider myself a “Psychedelic Doula” of sorts. When clients work with me, they will experience an open, authentic, and non-judgmental guide. I create a safe and supportive atmosphere for my clients, while preparing for sessions, during sessions, and throughout their post-session integration with the utmost respect and care.
Through my work with clients and my own personal journeys, I have experienced psychedelic therapy to be an incredibly valuable tool for awakening our innate human potential. For me, this work has breathed new life into the power of inner knowing and self-healing abilities. I view my role as a psychedelic therapist as an immense honor to create space and witness her clients’ transformations.
On a personal note, I am a wife of 17 years, a very proud mom of three, and a lover of the outdoors. You will find me in the mountains every chance I get - skiing in the winter and hiking in the summer.
